As a family-run business, we take pride in our commitment to safety and quality, holding all relevant public and employer liability insurances and level 3 food hygiene certificates. We're also thrilled to have achieved a 5-star food hygiene rating and hold all relevant gas and electrical certificates for our equipment.
We are proud members of NCASS, The Nationwide Caterers Association. This esteemed organisation provides valuable resources and training. Our membership reflects our commitment to maintaining high standards in the catering industry and exceptional service to our clients. Together with NCASS, we strive to elevate the catering experience and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
At The Hogs Breath, we take pride in our long-term relationships with our suppliers. Our hogs are sourced directly from Plantation Pigs in Shackleford, Surrey, while our skilled butcher is located just up the road from our bakery. We believe in serving only the freshest rolls, baked on the day of your event, sourced from The Christmas Bakery in Worplesdon. Years of dedication have helped us build a trusted list of suppliers who consistently provide the highest quality produce for our clients.
