In order to avoid any misunderstandings regarding bookings, the following are our terms of trading.

 

In choosing The Hogs Breath as your catering specialist, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions.

 

All Hog Roast and BBQ Catering bookings are considered provisional until the receipt of a

35% deposit.

 

Hog Roast Machine Specifications

 

Please note the following dimensions of our gas spit roast machines:

width - 75cm - height - 92 cm - length - 1.80 cm

 

Please check these specifications before enquiring to ensure the machine will fit your chosen venue/event.

An area of 3x3 metres is required to set up our equipment. The area must be flat/level and open.

​

Due to the size and weight of the hog roast machine climbing any stairs is not possible. A step or two can be achieved if required.

​

Access to the cooking area must be free of obstructions.

​

A parking space is required for The Hogs Breath team. A medium transit size van will attend your event. A parking space as close to the designated serving area as is possible is required.

Deposits, Payments and Cancellation Policy

 

A deposit of 35% of the final price is required to make a confirmed booking and secure the date requested. The outstanding balance is to be paid 14 days before the event.

 

 The deposit is non-refundable or transferable.

 

Cancellations within 30 days prior to your function will incur the full cost.

 

General Liability

We do not accept liability for any failure to provide the service contracted which are due to circumstances beyond our control, including electricity and water failures, or fire alarm evacuation.

 

Public Liability

To protect ourselves against any 3rd Party Claims, The Hogs Breath has obtained Full Public Liability insurance.
